He played for the Nottingham Forest F.C. youth team in his early teens, but chose rock n' roll instead of football, he revealed in an interview with Nottingham's local newspaper Nottingham Evening Post. He also stated that he used to wear his Leicester City FC socks under the Forest ones as he is a big fan of Leicester City Football Club.
He lives in Leicester with his dog called Tartis. Known to grind his teeth a lot.
His live performances with Kasabian are conducted with much swagger and confidence. His attitude is often compared to Liam Gallagher of Oasis or Ian Brown">Ian Brown of The Stone Roses.

Sergio Pizzorno

Fron: Leicester, England

His father emigrated from Genoa, Italy to England and settled in Leicester. Despite being brought up in the city, Sergio was born in Newton Abbot, Devon, because his mother liked the hospital there so much. He currently plays guitar for the band as well as adding backing vocals, although on a few songs such as British Legion and Me Plus One, he sings the lead part.

Ian, who joined Kasabian in April 2005. He met Kasabian in a recording studio in his home town.
